Freezer Side Looks And Sounds Normal Just Not Cooling. Every 5-6 Minutes Something Will Turn/click On And Run For About 5-6 Seconds Then Turn/click Off. 2004 Model Side By Side With Water And Ice Dispenser That Hasnt Been Connected To Water In 3 Years. Thanks!

I would replace the start device plugged in the side of the compressor, AP3962960 If it looks burnt, or rattles when shaken, it confirms a bad device.
