refrig not cooling

I have a Amana side by side that I put a hard sart kit on because the compressor was not running. Now the compressor runs and the compressor fan runs but in the freezer the coils don't get cold and the evaporator fan doesn't run. The lights are on but no air movement in eithier side. Any suggestions? Thanks
