Been having a problem for a while now (4+ months). Everything works fine except my freezer doesn't cool ENOUGH. I have put the temp control knob in the middle then gradually over all the way to coldest.

It is cold enough to make ice, but ice cream is mushy. Also, I put a thermometer in on the second shelf and it reads 23 degrees. I fixed the bad water valve that starting overflowing water into the ice maker, but I don't think that has anything to do with the problem. Everything else seems ok.

I also got a coil cleaner brush and cleaned everything better then it has been in 5+ years, but it didn't help it cool any better.

Any ideas?

Thanks,
Chris
