freezer wont shut off
Model Number: ge tfx22cr Brand: GE Age: 1 - 5 years
To increase space, I removed the ice maker from the freezer. The freezer no longer shuts off. Food in the refrigerator now freezes (especially in the bottom drawer.) The freezer is not frosting up. The seals are good. Note: the freezer does shut off occasionally. The dial is set to the lowest level. So is the refrigerator dial.
I read on this forum reference to a control panel. Is my problem a lack of feedback to this control unit from the ice maker? thanks in advance Ads By Google Related Models
