I have a Tappan Freezer MODEL # TFU20F7BWO which will not start and , , I think what I need is part # 5304464438 and 216008900, As per the website, I think I need a relay and a capacitor, When I plug in the freezer, the light in the front bottom panel lights up which means that there is power but the compressor will not start up
Can you please help me, please respond to

If the freezer fan will also not run, you have a bad defrost timer AP2113785, just turn it with a flat bladed screwdriver, if it starts, replace it.
If ok, check the cold control. If the fan works, replace the start device 216008900
