Water has been collecting beneath my vegetable drawers in frig for quite some time. I'll list the fixes that I've tried from advice from similar forums. Neither fix worked the water has reapperared. Any further repair advise would be appreciated. Thanks!!!!!!! I feel that paying $100.00 sevice fee on an eleven year old refrigerator would be wasteful. Why not put it into a new one if there is no hope for this one.

First I flushed the drain tube line with hot water mixed with baking soda. I used a blower attachment to blow out the tube as well.

secondly, as advised by another person, I deforsted the freezer completely making certain that the drain tube didn't contain ice. I wrapped a piece of 12 guage copper wire around the defrost heater element and pan it about two inches down into the defrost tube. Copper wire conducts heat thus
assuring the tube didn't get remaining freezing water accumlation build up.
The next morning, the water was back beneath the vegetable drawers.

Again, any advise is appreciated!!!!!
