upright freezer not coming on

Model Number: 253.29101991 Brand: Kenmore Age: 5 - 10 years

Appliance Parts from AppliancePartPros.com

Came out into my garage to find my upright freezer not working. When it is plugged in it makes no noise and the condenser does not kick on. It seems to be a pretty simple system but where do I start?
