Model Number: 59651672100 Brand: Kenmore Age: 5 - 10 years
I have a Kenmore Refrigerator.The Refrigerator side stop cooling but the Freezer side continued cooling. I unplugged the Refrigerator overnight . then plugged it back in the next morning . The Refrigerator start cooling again for about a week . Now the Refrigerator and Freezer will not cool. Please help?

Hello rkwilson29. Check and see if there is a defrost problem inside the freezer and the coils are frozen over. If so, you will need to test the defrost heater and the defrost thermostat. They should read closed for continuity when cold. If they are good, you will need to replace the defrost timer board. Hope this helps.
