i have a GE side by side fridge model GSH25jftabb and the freezer section makes a lot of frost/ icing around the freezer are but the ice cubes are melting forming to big blocks which damage the ice dispenser. I need help troubleshooting this..

Also, the water is not dispensing well. i would hear a click after 4 to 5 seconds of good flow then it willl slow down significantly. i have changed filters 3 times andthe problem is still the same.. need help with this ....:mad:

The motherboard (AP4436216) in the back controls defrost heater, evaporator fan motor and compressor.
Indications are the evaporator fan may be running during defrost, thus heating up the freezer general area. A digital memory thermometer in the freezer would confirm this.
