I have a Kitchenaid under counter ice maker. It quit making ice and was not cool inside. It constantly pumps water and that is the problem it will not make ice if the water supply s on, but if I turn it on enough to fill the tank thing, then it will make the ice from that water.
Is there some switch or float that is not shutting off the water?
