freezer not cold enough

Fan is blowing and temperature should be below 23 degrees farenheit but is now at 27 degrees farenheit. It has stopped vacuuming when you shut the door where it seals to the gasket. It does not have any leaks around gasket and gasket appears to be in good shape. The air that the fan is blowing just doesn't seem to be cold enough. Any suggestions out there?
