Constant problems for past year first no ice, then freezer stopped freezing, put thermometer and it would barely hit 32 degrees. I disconnected hoping defrost of potential ice buildup would melt knowing in high humidity this can happen. It works for a while, but no more than a couple weeks. Got through last winter but now with high humidity again of summer, problem is back. Water now collects in bottom of refrigerator below vegetable bin. It appears to be coming from above, but no such indications of ice build up can be seen. Logically, defrost cycle must be working for refridgerator section, but it must be blocking cold air from reaching freezer is what appears to be happening. Water collects and leaks every two weeks on this refrigerator section bottom pan. Any ideas on what is wrong would be appreciated.

Thanks, Mike
