I have an LG refrigerator. The lever arm to the ice maker broke off. How do you install a new lever? The part number is AP4512750

Hello dshea17. One end of the lever arm connects to the fill cup assembly on the ice maker in the hole. The other end goes inside the hole on the front of the ice maker module. You will press these end into the locations. You may need to remove the ice maker from the freezer to install this part. Hope this helps.

Jeff: Thanks for your reply. A tiny piece of the lever arm is sticking out of the front part of the ice maker. Can I take a small needle nose plier and try and remove what's left of the lever arm without removing the whole ice maker?

Hello dshea17. Yes, you should be able to use a pair of needle nose pliers to remove the broken piece. Hope this helps.
