Neither my fridge nor freezer will hold the correct temperature. The coils are not frozen over, but the condensor fan is spinning VERY slowly. Any thoughts?

I have a GE model PFS22MISBBB that had the same problem, there should be small panel with three screws holding it on, under it is the main control board. When I checked mine it had some burnt components in the upper right corner, after I replaced it the compressor fan started run properly. Has your fridge been making a clicking noise prior to it stopping cooling, if so you have more problems than just the fan. You may have a bad start/overload OTC relay also, I ordered one for mine and I'm waiting for it to arrive. Will let you know how it turns out.

Sorry for the slow update, Recieved the Overload/OTC relay. The install was very easy, make sure you remove the Capacitor from your old relay and re-use it on the new one. This fixed mine. Apparently the compressor fan failed and then the relay kept tripping (this must have been the clicking noise) until it broke.
