The ice maker in the Thermador freezer column stopped making ice. I pull out the ice tray and found a piece of ice that got stuck. After removing the ice, the ice tray is still in the vertical position. I assume in this position it will not make ice. I tried to gently rotate the ice tray but it does not move. I tried to power the freezer on and off, but the ice tray seems to be stuck in the vertical position. Could someone tell me how to solve this problem? If I force the ice tray back to the horizontal position, will it damage the ice maker?
