Everything seems to work fine except I can't get any cubed ice. When I select cubed ice on the front panel the light moves from crushed to cubed but nothing happens when I push the lever. I think the motor turns one way for crushed and the other way for cubed and it is only going one way. Do I need a new motor or is there another problem??
