I have clumping ice in bucket caused by a slow drip from above where the ice is made. You can see the frozen drip (small icicle) and over time it causes ice in bucket to stick together, resulting in clumps too big to be dispensed. Any experience with this? Wasn't sure if it could be too much volume of water being dispensed then overflowing, or some other reason.

Temperature is at -2 and it is not due to leaving door open. If not using for couple of hours, clumping happens. If use frequently before clumping than no issue.
