My haier chest freezer will not respond to the thermostat. Regardless of the setting it will remain at -30F. I replaced the thermostat and no change. The gasket appears good. Help is appreciated.

I have exactly the same situation with my chest freezer. Biorob, were you able to find the problem? I welcome any help or suggestions you might have!
