Checked The Readings On My Compressor And One Reading Is 1-5 Ohms The Other Is Barely 3 Ohms And It Should Be 3-11 Is This Correct? If The Second Reading Is That Low Is The Compressor Going Bad Or Replace The Relay

All that compressor resistance readings tell us is the windings are not blown open and to identify which windings are start and run.
Tell us what the problem is.
If it fails to start, but is warm and makes a clicking sound periodically, replace the start device AP3601983
Take a picture of the wiring to it to ensure you properly plug the wires in the new device.
