My GE (model GSS22UFMB BB) I don't hear the fan running. Is there a reset button on my ref.for the fan to reset? Why is the freezer cold & the ref not.

Very likely it's because the fan in the freezer is not running. There are no any reset buttons. You have to perform the troubleshooting as described in one of our previous threads: GE refrigerators (GS* & PS* models), the evaporator fan motor test and replacement.
