Question Upright Freezer Help
Model Number: FFU11FC2CW1   Brand: Frigidaire   Age: 1 - 5 years

I need help! All of a sudden, my freezer will not stop running. I have checked the manual and none of their issues or fixes will fix my freezer. Does anyone know what I can do besides turning it off to get it to stop running?

Help!

Default what's the temp?

Place an accurate thermometer in the freezer to find out your temp... Ideal temp should be zero to minus 5 F... If your unit is running 20 below or less and adjusting the temp control warmer doesn't turn off the compressor then you may have a defective thermostat (AP2113836)... If your temp is above zero then you may have defrost or refrigerant charge issues...Post back...
