fan motor will run when i start it spinning and shuts off but when it comes on a gain it wont start unless i spin it once its energized. is it the motor or another problem i assume there is a relay in the motor:confused:

Sounds like the fan (Item 62 in Section 4) is toast.
I am assuming that you are referring to the evaporator fan.

Since it starts with a little coaxing the fan is getting power but just will not start on it's own.

A high price for a evaporator motor, I would opt for a SM999 motor, a more reliable one at $20.
