How can I remove the front cover housing that frames the Ice and water dispenser on my refrigerator. I have tried to slide it up & down and side to side but it wan't move. I need to get it off in order to find out why the ice does not dispense. The ice maker works fine but the auger in the ice bin and the motor that rotates the auger will not turn.

This housing is part # 21 on the "08 - dispenser front parts" page of the Whirlpool parts lookup list.

thanks for any information.
