I have had two service calls on this side by side. the fridge side is way too warm, cannot lower it by using the control. Freezer is fine.

If you adjust the fresh food temperature do you feel more cold air entering the fresh food side at the back top of the fresh food compartment?

Is the evaporator fan in the freezer running?
It should be on whenever the compressor is on.

There is usually a lower vent between the two sections, is this clear of food items on both sides?
