I recently had mouse the eat the white wire that goes to the compressor.

There is two red an white that u hook up to give electricity to power the compressor.

A relative took the off the compresor where common start run prongs

he made a mess.

This unit has four prong running capacitor.

i need diagram on how rewire it back up a few of the wire on the capacitor

an overload relay were showing signs of age.

So the wiring diagram would be helpful

I have hooked up other refrigerator compressors fine fine just not one that has this 4 prong running capacitor

thank you

This is a very old refrigerator. The wires from the refrigerator are red and white. The two red wires get shorted together and go to the spade terminal on the coiled start relay, the white wire goes to the round overload, there is no run capacitor. The start relay plugs into the bottom two compressor terminals, the overload plugs into the top terminal.

I saw your compressor parts at the Sears parts site, but it had no schematic.
I did see a start capacitor though. If you have a meter, I can direct you to wire it up.

I also took pics of the relay an capacitor.

I will need to edit thesize of the photos they like 3mb each

`The old compressor terminals where common pin on top , start pin, bottom left and run pin bottom right. The overload wire (the round item) plugs in the top pin, the relay plugs in the bottom two pins. One fridg wire plugs into the overload, the other plugs into the coiled relay. The condensing fan wires are in parallel to the refrigerator wires.

On the relay the bottom of it I see the coiled copper wire.
Does a red wire plug on there.

On the top of relay there is blue from start capacitor going to the relay.

See there was a white wire the one that was broke on top

Would a picture of the relay help

erikk71@aol.com u can email me if u think that be more helpful
