I have Whirlpool side by side that is not cooling or freezing. It started with the ice melting in the freezer, then the food defrosting. The refrigerator side is not staying cold enough. I can hear something running. The fan in the freezer is blowing some cool air. I took the panel off in the back of the freezer and there isn't any frost built up on the coils. I cleaned the condensor coils as best as possible. It started to cool last night and this morning was warm again. Also, I noticed that the air blowing out from under the frig is not warm. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you

Pull the back cover off and check the compressor. If warm, but condenser cool, your compressor is not running. You can try a new start kit AP3885081, comes with complete instructions.
