My Ice maker wouldnt pump any water out for a few weeks. I took a blow dryer to it and then turned it back on and a little water came out then stopped. I can flip the switch for the ice maker on and off and a little water comes out then stops. What could be wrong with it?

Try swapping the wires on the dual water inlet valve. Then try the water dispenser. The water should go to the ice maker. This will tell you weather or not the ice maker valve is working and if the line is clear. If it works, you'll know the ice maker is the problem.

A strainer before the inlet valve can also get stopped up restricting flow.
