That is the factory service part. A re-designed board, should be more reliable.

Yes, hard to plug it in wrong as wires will not reach. You must make sure each plug goes in the right connector, seven pin to seven pin, etc. You can always take a picture of it before swapping.This is a one size fits all models of fridges.

That is your fridg power connector for compressor and defrost.

If all the fridg connectors are plugged in the right sockets,you are done. If you have anything left over, you should be able to see where it goes from your pictures.
