We've been struggling with getting these blades off and saw other people had also struggled--others, like us, had tried prying them off. Figured out that the end piece is actually threaded. You have to turn it counter-clockwise to get it off and clockwise to get it back on. It's counter-intuitive. :eek: Also, you do have to be careful to keep the blades in order. All the stupid little plastic pieces are dying to break during the whole process so that you'll have to buy the entire assembly.....
