Hello , My ref does not cool, freezer does not cool ref does not cool. the coil fan works and the light works, the freezer vent blow air yet not cold. the compressor apears not to work it stays room temp and does not vibrate at all like not functioning. I have cleaned the coil with air and rest the temps to #5 yet no cooling, please direct me to the parts I need to start cooling.

Most probably a bad motherboard in the back, AP4436216
