Hi,
I don't know what the part names are referred to as, however the ice cubes are 'stuck' in the part that rolls the cubes them into the ice 'catcher' where it waits to be dispensed. A row of 'half' cubes are visible, looks like something didn't turn all the way to drop them.

Any ideas on how to fix?
