Looking for some help :) I have a GE frig which the Ice maker is no longer dispensing or crushing ice. I have replaced both the solenoid and the drive motor with no luck. As far as I can see these are the only two components to the dispenser. Does anyone have a suggestion on where to turn next?

Does the motor turn the augur? Does the solenoid click when the switch is depressed. Can you turn the augur by hand?

Yes the motor turns the auger and can be turned by hand. The solenoid also clicks and seems to be operating. By operating I mean that the arm/shaft lift correctly or at least seem to.
