fREEZER DOESN'T FREEZE, BUT REFRIDGERATER 50 DEGREES. wE CLEANED COILS , FANS ARE WORKING, i SET THE DEFROST TIMER SO IT WOULD DEFROST, BUT HEATER DID NOT TURN RED. cOULD A BAD HEATER CAUSE IT NOT TO FREEZE OR COOL?
