clicking noise

clicking noise

Model Number: ? Brand: GE Age: 1 - 5 years

one and half year old G E refrigerator is making a clicking sound and both freezer and cooler are not working. I traced the sound to a circuit board on the back of the unit and can even feel a relay (?) that is clicking. it is soldered on the circuit board. can I replace just that one item or do I have to by the whole board
