The part the divideds the freezer from the refrigerator is hot to the touch. It is the long part both doors close on to to shut the door. It is a side by side refrg and freezer. It is only the front facing part not the interal sides. What is wrong that it is hot to the touch?

Here are your parts
Replacement parts for KSRG25FKSS models | AppliancePartsPros.com

Remove the front kick plate and the rear cover and clean the condenser coils and fan blade.

Also check that the condenser/compressor fan is on when the compressor is running.
