Compressor will not stop so freezer and fridge are both freezing

I could not find a ASR6, the closest I could find was ARB6.

Sounds like the control thermostat (Item 21A in Section 5) may be sticking closed.
Try turning it back and forth to see if the unit will shut down.
If it does then odds are high that it is the problem.
If it does not shut off, it does not totally rule out the thermostat as then cause.
Try forcing a defrost cycle (see the tech sheet) if the compressor then shuts off,I would replace the control thermostat.
