I recently have experienced this problem. My icemaker drips down on the edge of the ice bin. This is really not a big concern because I get plenty of ice and the drip freezes. I just remove the water once it is frozen. My big concern is my ice dispenser. When I want crushed ice most of the time I get cubed ice. The solenoid which moves the plastic shield to allow cubed ice only is working. There doesn't appear to be anything broken in the ice dispenser, although I could be missing something. The water,crushed,cube selector on front of freezer door also seems to be ok. Do I need to purchase a new ice dispenser with the auger and everything else? I just hate to spend that much and still have the same problem. I think part #AP4300918 fits my fridge. Thanks. :(
