Ice augar in side by side estate
Model Number: TS25AFXKQ03 Brand: Estate Age: 1 - 5 years
the drum on the ice auger is broken I have a new drum but I can't get the crushers off the main rod to replace the drum everything is apart except for the choppers & I can't get them off.

If you already removed the crusher housing (#37 on the break down diagram) from the ice bin (#14 on the break down diagram), remove the retainer ring (#39 on the break down diagram) and you'll get access to the blades. Be careful - it could become a puzzle.

Gene I have removed all the above including #39 but I am unable to get any Of the blades/spacers etc. off of #27 so I can replace #28I've tried everything short of a pully puller. I was told they should just slip right off. But not with My luck thanks for helping.

Are they rusted?
Try to use WD-40. Gene.
