Freezer not freezing and refrigerator not cold enough. Condenser fan is not running. Compressor is hot. Evaporator fan is blowing cold air inside the freezer and frig but no frost in freezer. Panel between the freezer and refrigerator is cold. Took out lent at bottom of the refrigerator and it seemed to help a little but still not freezing. Turned off ice maker a few weeks back b/c of water dripping. Any suggestions would be great. Thanks.

Remove the cover off the motherboard in the back, unplug fridg, then remove the 3 pin power connector from the board and note which connector mating pins go to the motherboard pins labeled line and comp. Put a stripped wire jumper into the connector mating pins. Put a portable fan in the back to cool the condenser and remove evaporator rear panel. Plug in fridg. Evaporator coils should get completely covered with frost and become very cold. Post results.
