I can hear my freezer running, but the air is no longer blowing from the top vent. The fridge is the bottom, and freezer on top (for the record) The floor of the freezer is becoming covered with frost, and the top of my refrigerator is also becoming covered in ice and frost. I'm thinking the freezer fan is not working since the freezer is producing cold air, it's just not being circulated, but that is just a guess. Any ideas? Thanks.

You have to do some troubleshooting.

First, is the freezer fan working? If the freezer door has a switch, push it and see if the fan runs..
Remove the covers inside the freezer to see if the coils are iced up?
Frost all over the place is often a sign of leaking door gaskets.

Here are a couple sites that should help you narrow it down

I ended up turning the fridge off for 2 days to let everything defrost and melt, and now it works great. I think what happened is I had a few cracks in some of my ice trays, and the water slowly leaked out of them and froze up the air vents over a long period of time in the front of the freezer, they were frozen solid when i turned the fridge off. Thanks for the help! :)
