ice dispenser does not work
Model Number: ktrs22qawh01 Brand: Kitchen Aid Age: More than 10 years
The ice dispenser does not operate when you push the lever on the door for ice. The auger does not move I can turn it by hand. The ice maker works fine. Thanks

Check for a loose connection or damaged wires at the door hinge connector on the bottom of the fridge door. From there we'll need to get into the dispenser and auger assembly in the freezer compartment.
