Top section of Freezer warms and cools weekly
Model Number: PSC25MSSASS Brand: GE Age: 1 - 5 years
My 3-yr old GE side by side (PSC25MSSASS) works fine then the upper level of the freezer section all or a sudden warms and the ice melts. Then, hours later, it re freezes, after much of the ice cubes melt and form sheets of ice. It does this about once a week. Is it the defroster getting stuck? a sensor? Any advice would be very appreciated including parts and install advice. Thanks
