Cold freezer hot top
Model Number: RB2055SW Brand: Samsung Age: 5 - 10 years
Browsed forum an did checks. Seems to meter out o.k. Defrost heater looks like it has gotten so hot that rtv melted an dripped down alongside coils. Red heater wire connector in white plastic : the wire burn't into. I used connector to re-splice.
When push lower freezer door switch in I can hear lower fan. Not true with upper chill box: no fan noise. A wireing diagram would be nice. It is out of warrenty of course. If needed I can post photo of crispy 100 ohm defrost heater. Ads By Google Related Models
