The blinking LED indicates a fault condition in the ice maker.
The ice maker has to be replaced.

Remove the ice bin. Remove two screws, holding the ice maker and unplug the power cord. Remove the ice maker.
On the new ice maker install the water chute (plugs in) and install the new ice maker.

I have the same problem (water is fine to the cup, no ice is being made and green light is blinking). However, my model number is PSS26PSTSS. Will this same part work for me?

Default Ice Maker Not Working but green light on

I have a similar problem but the green light next to the ice maker power switch is constantly on. No ice, no water flowing into the ice maker chamber, no sign of part moving. My GE Arctica model is PSS26SGRD SS.

Thank you!

Default GE Arctica PSS26S GRD SS

I'm having the same problem. No light blinking, maker is still making ice. It appears the motor that pushes the ice in to the hooper is not functioning. Does anyone know if this is a part under warranty?
