Model Number: ET8RHMXKQ0   Brand: Whirlpool   Age: 1 - 5 years   
My freezer has ice build up at the beck panel. May I know what needs to be replaced

My freezer has an ice build up at the back section and it does not freeze the food inside. I want to know what replacement part to order?

My freezer has an ice-build-up at the back. It does not freeze the foods inside. May i know what part to order?
