Please help. My Kitchen Aid under counter ice maker is completely dead. It was working fine until recently when it seemed as if the power was shut off. Interior light does not work, pump does not work, and controls are dead. I tried plugging the unit into a different electrical outlet but it is still dead. The electrical wire appears fine. No burning odor nor do I see anything obviously wrong. Transformer? Electrical board? Suggestions? The unit is only about 2 or 3 years old and should have some years left. Thoughts and suggestions are most welcome.
