How do I replace the bottom mount freezer door handle on an amana abb1924des.

Pull outward on the right side of the handle and slide a credit card you don't mind getting damaged under the inside of the right mount about 1.5 inches or until it stops. Then while holding both ends of the handle, try sliding the entire thing to the left. If you have some blue painters tape available, put it on the door to prevent scratches. The new handle slides on to the right. If this doesn't make sense and you have your use and care manual the information complete with illustration can be found inside.
