We had ice built up in the dispenser chute on the inside of our freezer. We pryed it loose (like we always do) with a plastic spoon. This time the clear plastic chute on the outside came loose and now the flapper door is stuck open. We cannot seem to reattach the outside chute. We thought we may need to remove the cover on the outside of the door and replace a part or two (afterall, they are getting old) but cannot figure out how to remove the cover around the dispenser. Any ideas?
