It seems that my water hose is broken at the end where the water comes out. When I use the dispenser to get water, it goes all over the place. My question is, is there a way to slide the hose down more so this doesn't happen? And also, can that front cover pop off? If so, how?

The front of the dispenser comes off my prying out on the bottom of the panel. Look up at the bottom for two slits one on either side. Put a flat blade screwdriver in the slot and gently pry out while pushing down until it comes loose. The end of the water line may have split or simply fell out of the bracket. You may be able to put it back in the mount, or if it needs to be replaced, this fitting kit (AP3179954) will do the trick.
