We just moved into a new house and of course the warranty doesn't cover automatic ice makers. We have a whirlpool verticle side by side with the ice and water levers in the front of the door. When I pushed on the ice lever some water came out and the spin advancer was frozen solid not advancing ice. I pulled everything out of the frezzer thrawed it out cleaned it up dried it off and put it back in the frezzer as the house had been vacant a few months. I have done this 4 times now and the same thing keeps happening I have made it colder and I have made it a little warmer I have tried it with some food in there and without. It almost seems like the water is filling in too fast and doesn't freeze in the cube former letting it drain out of the chute and freeze solid stopping the crank advancer from working. Can I get a little help.
